Take the rest of the day to rest and explore the vibrant streets of Thamel, or visit some nearby attractions like the Garden of Dreams or the bustling Ason Market. In the evening, there will be a welcome dinner where you will meet your trekking guide and team.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Syabrubesi, the starting point of your trek. The drive takes approximately 7-8 hours, passing through picturesque villages and terraced fields along the Trishuli River. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Himalayas as you make your way to Syabrubesi. Upon arrival, check into your lodge and prepare for the trek ahead.

Begin your trek with a hike from Syabrubesi to Gatlang. The trail ascends steeply, offering breathtaking views of the Ganesh Himal and the Gosaikunda range. You will pass through forests, terraced farmlands, and traditional Tamang villages. In Gatlang, explore the local monastery and the sacred Parvati Kunda Lake.

Today's trek takes you from Gatlang to Tatopani, known for its natural hot springs. The trail descends to Thangbuchet before climbing up to Tatopani. Along the way, enjoy views of the surrounding mountains and lush forests. Upon reaching Tatopani, relax in the therapeutic hot springs believed to have healing properties.

Depart from Tatopani and hike towards Thuman, passing through Nagthali Bhyang. Retrace your steps from the Lama Hotel back to Syabrubesi. The descent offers a different perspective on the lush landscapes and tranquil forests. Bid farewell to Syabrubesi and embark on the drive back to Kathmandu. The journey takes approximately 7-8 hours, providing one last chance to enjoy the beautiful countryside views. Once back in Kathmandu, you can rest, shop for souvenirs, or explore any remaining attractions.
